Portraiture Workshop with Ernie Tramposch* Bring your Camera! Join us for a hands-on class with live models. In a small group setting, instructors will demonstrate studio portrait techniques and give you an opportunity to try it. Appropriate level groups will be formed. So whether you are just getting started with your first studio light kit or looking for trendy new ways to shoot studio portraits, you’ll enjoy this workshop. The key to great photography is thinking outside the box. Portrait and wedding photography are no exceptions. The images should tell you a story with out the need for words. They should be natural, fun, romantic, emotional and even candid. My responsibility as a photographer is to see, feel and understand these moments, add personality and artistic flair ultimately capturing the true feeling and personalities of my clients. Congratulations to PPANJ photographers Hildi Borkowski, Ajay Kathuria, Nancy Katz, Diana Lang, John Pacetti, Pat Auriemma, Allan Goldberg, and George Symeonides. Photographs taken by these and several other pro photographers at Liberty State Park on 9.11.11 will become part of historical archive of the National 9.11 Museum (Ground Zero) in 2012 along with other memorabilia from Finding One Another. www.findingoneanother.org

Deadline for early registration is November 15, 2011

Save $50 on registration cost by signing up now. The early-bird convention fee is $145, which includes Speakers covering all topics that are crucial in this economy and the styles of modern-day photography; Trade Show; and Three Great Parties. After November 15, the cost will be $195.

If you have never been to a PNE or a Professional Photographers convention, I strongly suggest you consider attending this convention. The valued educational information and camaraderie with fellow photographers will enhance your abilities and renew your commitment to the art of Photography.

This year we will have "MASTER'S DUO" Jim LaSala and Jeff Steccato who will be critiquing your images to help you prepare for Print Competitions in 2012.

This will be a projected critique. You can upload up to 4 images per person.
You will be given a chance to talk with the masters on a individual basis about improving your images.
