News from our NY shootout !

Hello everyone,

On Monday we had our annual shootout that took place in New York City. For those of us who where able to attend it was a great experience not just to take photos but also to share ideas and to get to know more about each other.

This is just a quick preview as to what took place, expect more images and comments from the photographers who attended.

Dear Fellow Members,

Put on your walking shoes, grab your gear, your photo vest, and plenty of film (?!?) or memory cards,and meet us in New York City for a great day of fresh air, photography and fun!
We will meet at 11:00am at the corner of 42nd Street and 8th Avenue, just outside the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Depending on the number of shooters, we may then split into smaller groups to take on Manhattan.
Urban documentaries, thematic photo essays, a slice of life here, a crazy-angled architectural shot there, models in the mayhem, people shots, pets in the park...you are going to have your way with the Big Apple!
Later on, at a future meeting, we will have an opportunity to revisit our New York City experiences, to keep the memories alive, and to share each other's favorite images.
